BUILD IN SPEAKERS
Built into the strap mounts that sit either side of your head, the speakers on the Quest 2 prove remarkably useful. While they’re no replacement for a high-quality pair of headphones, they work extremely well. The speakers don’t Quest 2 directly into your ears but do provide a real sense of immersion in the virtual world, without the need for a dangling headphone cable.

The cover on the top strap was split when I received it as seen in the picture. It doesn’t affect the comfort or usability of it, just the aesthetics.
Due to the length of the top foam strap, it’s tough to adjust this strap for smaller heads. When I say “smaller”, though, I mean my young kid who likes to play occasionally! We make it work, but just know this is an issue if you have a lot of young children using your headset!

Easy install – The head strap was super easy to assemble and install on my Quest 2. I’ve not changed the head strap on my Quest 2 myself before and was a little worried but it was really easy.

A: Yes, it can attach the battery to the head support part of the head strap.
Q: Will this fit in the official Oculus Quest 2 carrying case?
A: Sure, but you need to detach the head support first. It also fits in my SARLAR carrying case
Q: How effective is this being shared by 2 different users. My wife and I take turns playing and my head is bigger than hers.
